Two
Rivers Golf Association founded in 1989 with the establishment of the governing board of
directors in 1991 welcomes you to be a part of a golf association with the purpose of:
The
purpose of the Two Rivers Golf Association is to create tournament activities which will
encourage all members to participate, to conduct each golf competition in a fun and fair
manner through consistent application of USGA rules and the GHIN system of handicaps, and
to stimulate interest in golf at the Two Rivers Golf Course by bringing together a group
of players desirous of forming a "playing" golf association.
TRGA members are
responsible for:
- every player will
try to make the best score at each hole in every round, regardless of where the round is
played, and that the player will post every acceptable round for peer review
- every player will
play by the rules of golf
- every player will
practice good golf etiquette at all times
Nothing new for 2008:
- players not
posting scores will have a penalty score posted
- $50 membership
fee
- securing Sunday
tee-times will be voluntary – rules and signup sheet will be posted next to computer
- person securing a
Sunday tee-time for their first time will receive a $10 tournament credit, second or
more times will receive a $5 tournament credit
